Turnaround times are pretty fast compered to phone support (due to Hold Times possibly) / PM'ing ppl and so on. Once the initial setup is done, create a WEB Case using the Mysupport Tools and give a brief environment description, what is your issue (Preferably give the issue as "Need Cleanwipe Utility") and submit the case. Go to and register your company with your account number / support ID and the named account info. For all the people who wnat to get their hands of Cleanwipe, there is an easier alternative to phone support or PM'ig Techs on the forums, and waiting for them to get to office, read the PM, pull the case up and THEN email you the instructions.
